Something is in the making. A telling of a story. A quintessentially human thing. And, as such, it's shared.

The Breakers: Preview
People on the breakers and their "Hello!"-s... and their "Hello"-s, and their "Good Morning!"-s, and their "How are you?"-s... I'm well, thanks, and you? I'm good, and yourself? I'm fine. Just "Fine." I'll be alright.
We were one of those people you passed on the breakers...it was July 9, in fact, when you wrote this short blog.....You took our photo, and later helped us ship a small item we purchased from your shop. It arrived this weekend! So in this case, i hope a casual "hello" has resulted in what could be a lifelong acquaintance...even friendship. Tom and Mark
I actually wrote that line after speaking with you guys. I saved it on my cell phone and it later became part of the story. It's not really a nice line, in fact, a bit dismissive, but that had nothing to do with you, it's a character thing. I'm almost done with the rest, it will make sense in context. It was really a pleasure meeting you, I enjoyed it a lot.
Tapping the great beyond (aka the Internet) for inspiration and ideas for my writing. Currently working on a collection of short stories written in first person that take place in Provincetown, MA, and a novel that is a mediation on the zeitgeit and focuses on the vanity of beliefs, faith, and aspirations. During the course of the writing I will be posting little bits and pieces of things related, often philosophical, sample passages, and other thematically similar written works. Input is greatly appreciated.
